The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, importation, possession and use of the BALLISTIC Equipment product is lawful in their jurisdiction. VoxDefence does not guarantee that the product may be legally imported, possessed or used in the customer's jurisdiction.

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, permits, licences, import requirements and other governmental requirements applicable to the shipment.

VoxDefence is not responsible for delays, seizure, detention, refusal of entry, destruction or other action taken by customs or governmental authorities where the product is shipped.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, order value and products purchased. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and selected destinations, as indicated at checkout.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, fees, permits or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Please note that shipping availability may vary by product and destination. Ballistic protection products may only be shipped to selected destinations where such shipment is permitted.

7 to 12 business days, some special items, such as Night Vision, are made to order and may take up to 20 business days to be shipped. We appreciate your understanding and ensure every item is carefully prepared before it leaves our facility.

If you want to change a product into another model, strap color, etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been damaged.

BALLISTIC PROTECTION PRODUCTS ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Ballistic plates and other ballistic protection products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. We do not accept returns of ballistic protection products. Please ensure that you have selected the correct product and verified all applicable requirements before placing your order.

This restriction does not affect any mandatory statutory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
